TM 是 trademark (商标) 的简写，一般是指商标申请已经递交但处在商标审查阶段的商标。在商标的右上角或右下角，TM 不代表商标一定能注册成功，只说明商标正在注册中。
R 标 (符号 ®) 是英文 registered (已注册) 的简写，表示注册商标。一般带有 ® 的标志，表明了该商品受到法律保护，任何企业未经持有人的授权，不能使用。
尚未核准注册的商标可以打 TM 使用，但不受法律保护，拿到注册证后商标可以打 ® 使用，受法律保护。
