1.安装JDK
2.下载tomcat
3.添加2个环境变量 JAVA_HOME 指向JDK目录 PATH 指向JDK\bin目录
4.用命令行进入tomcat\bin目录 执行 service.bat install
5.更改webapp/axis/WEB-INF/classes/TrustMerchant.properties 配置文件 有银行证书密钥等
6.放入银行证书 bin\Certificate
环境要求：php 需要php_soap.dll组件 在php.ini中加入extension=php_soap.dll 重启
