简单正则验证

判断是否为手机号：

　　If(Regex.IsMatch(nickName, @"^0{0,1}(13[4-9]|15[7-9]|15[0-2]|18[7-8])[0-9]{8}$")) { ... } 

　　or   

　　If(Regex.IsMatch(nickName, @"^1(3|4|5|7|8)[0-9]\d{8}$")){ ... } 

 

提取汉字：
