windows在与time.windows.com进行同步时出错

解决方案：

　　UpdateTime--2017年7月3日09:21:58

　　将Windows Time设置为开机自启动

　　WIN+R-->service.msc-->找到服务：Windows Time-->将启动类型改为自动-->重启电脑生效。
