PS：27号那天的那个版本由于cache的原因
IIS识别为以前的RC1文件，导致大家下载的还是RC1版本
目前中文版仍然没有更新
看来大家又有得忙了
半个月前刚刚安装上的Silverlight Tools RC1完成了他的使命
微软今天发布了这个工具的正式版
（更新后的版本号是9.0.30729.146，RC1的版本号是9.0.30729.143）
这个版本具有的功能有：
