输入startup命令，启动数据库实例
SQL > startup
二、启动Oracle监听程序
root @ ubuntuServer: /$ su oracle oracle @ ubuntuServer: /$ lsnrctl
出现如下信息：
LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 10.2 . 0.1 . 0 - Production on 23 - JUN - 2010 21 : 46 : 41 Copyright (c) 1991 , 2005 , Oracle. All rights reserved. Welcome toLSNRCTL, type " help " for information.LSNRCTL >
输入start启动监听程序
LSNRCTL > start
三、启动控制台
root @ ubuntuServer: /$ su oracle oracle @ ubuntuServer: /$ emctl start dbconsole
在浏览器中输入 http://ubuntuserver:1158/em显示企业管理器登录界面。
